• Investor communications: full name, email, organization information, message
• Job application: identity and contact information, education and experience information, CV
• Comments and feedback: full name, email, phone, message; for product-related reports, product and purchase information

Purposes of Processing

Personal data is processed for the purposes of evaluating and responding to your request, evaluating your job application, conducting investor communications, and having consumer feedback reviewed by the relevant teams.

Retention Periods

• Job applications: deleted after six months if consent for the candidate pool was not given, or after two years if it was.
• Product complaint reports: retained for five years for traceability purposes.
• Suggestions and general feedback: retained for two years.

Data Subject Rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information about it if it is, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad, to request correction if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly, to request its deletion or destruction, and to request that these actions be notified to the third parties to whom the data has been transferred.
